Find here a summary of what you can expect when you join us at APAX. We’ll publish a detailed menu closer to the event.
EVENT Menu
When you fill out your APAX registration, the registration form will ask you to specify any dietary requirements or allergies you need us to cater to. We’ll be in touch with you if we need to clarify anything.
- Each day – all day tea, coffee and water stations.
- Monday evening’s welcome event – drinks and canapes.
- Tuesday – lunch and afternoon tea, followed by light canapes and drinks in the evening.
- Wednesday – lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, followed by drinks and canapes at the IMPACT Awards.
- Thursday – lunch and afternoon tea.
- Friday – morning tea.
All menu options include GF, Vegetarian and plant-based options. If you have a specific dietary requirement not provided for by the general menu, please reach out to the catering staff who can guide you.
Catering – Sustainability Commitments
We prioritise working with caterers who have their own sustainability policies, including prioritising local and/or sustainably produced food products wherever possible.
We endeavor to offer a strong plant-based menu.
We work with our caterers to minimise waste in production, and to ensure that all food overages are distributed responsibly. That includes supporting local food services, and ensuring any leftovers unsafe for further distribution is composted.
We ensure that any disposable crockery and cutlery is either biodegradable or compostable and work with the caterers and venues to provide appropriate bins and waste collection. If any single use plastics must be used, they are sent for recycling.
