In 2026 we also want to bring the people who are often missing from the conversations in the touring and presenting pipeline into the room. To support this, we are offering a heavily discounted additional delegate rate for members of the technical workforce to attend APAX.
This rate is significantly below cost and is designed to ensure technical workforce voices are represented at APAX and involved earlier in programming discussions, planning conversations and sector decision-making.
The initiative is directly informed by the recent technical safety work led by the Performing Arts Presenter Associations (PAPA) network including the Technical Safety and Workforce Meeting Insights Report, which highlighted the importance of stronger technical workforce participation in industry-wide conversations about safety and future workforce development.
