Travel
Supporting you to get to APAX.
PAC Australia is committed to greater access and representation at APAX, and securing travel bursaries for delegates to reduce financial barriers and support more people to connect with APAX.
Bursaries provide financial support for delegates’ costs associated with attending APAX, including flights, accommodation, ground transport and per diems as well as an additional contribution for unwaged producers or artists.
More information on travel bursaries to attend APAX in Meanjin | Brisbane will be provided in June.
Sustainable Travel
Changing how you travel can dramatically reduce your carbon footprint.
Instead of flying, why not travel with friends or colleagues? Turn the journey into an opportunity: start networking earlier, enjoy the scenery, or even get a full day’s work done from a different seat.
A single flight from Melbourne to Brisbane produces around 268kg of CO2 emissions per person. Taking the train for the same trip generates just 35kg, an impressive 87% reduction.
Small changes in how we travel can make a big difference.
