Delegate Transfers around APAX

Getting around Darwin for delegates.

The Esplanade

We open the second day of our APAX Arts Market Connecting on Country at 9.30am on the Darwin Esplanade (please note we are meeting across the road from the Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree by Hilton).

Can’t find us? Head to the Darwin Entertainment Centre and a member of the PAC team will walk with you across to the Esplanade.

Mindil

It’s a change of scenery for the first day of the APAX conference on Thursday 14 August, as we head over to the beachside Mindil Beach Resort.

Coach transfers will be available for delegates from 9.15am – 9.45am. Coaches will depart from the entrance of the DoubleTree Hilton to take you directly to Mindil Beach Resort.

Heading to Conference First Timers? Don’t worry – there are coaches running to get you to the Conference Opening and Keynote Address in time for a 10.00am start. 

the impact awards

Transfers to the IMPACT Awards will start from 5.30PM – 6.00PM. Transfers will depart from the entrance of the DoubleTree Hilton. 

Following the ceremony an early coach will depart for Darwin at 9.15PM, followed by other shuttle services at 10.30PM (you are also welcome to make your own way back to town, it is about 10 – 15 minutes by Uber or Taxi).

The shuttles will stop at both the Double Tree Hilton (right next door to the Darwin Entertainment Centre) and the Smith Street Bus Interchange near Festival Park.
