This year APAX is on Swapcard.

This year, the app is back! APAX is on Swapcard – an event management app where all your APAX needs will live in 2025 from delegate-to-delegate connections, the full schedule, and profiles of all the works on offer at the Arts Market.

If you have a show, event or venue you want to get in front of APAX delegates, we’re now opening up a limited number of advertising opportunities on the app (last time we had an APAX app, 98% of delegates actively used it and clocked up 45k+ page views across the week – so your potential visibility is high!).

Promotional opportunities at apax

In 2025 we are delighted to offer our delegates opportunities to promote your work, events and venues through our Swapcard platform.

Promotional packages available include:

Home Page Advertising 

This large unit of advertising on Swapcard is available to purchase. On the web desktop the image is displayed as a vertical banner ad on the right side of the homepage. On mobile the image appears as a full screen pop-up ad.

This unit of advertising can be hyperlinked to a destination of your choosing.

The Swapcard webpage will cycle through ads each time the home page is refreshed or returned to by the viewer. Our mobile app will refresh with a different ad each time it is reopened.

Arts Market Profiles

This year we have Market Profiles available for artists and producers not programmed in the APAX Arts Market to showcase information about your project. They will be listed in Swapcard under ‘Additional Works’ and visible to all delegates attending APAX.

Please note these Market Profiles will not be included in the Arts Market Guide that is produced alongside Swapcard.

 What you need to know?

Your Market Profile can include: 

  • Information on your show/product (up to 2000 characters)
  • Genre information and other filtering (including information on audience, location and venue suitability)
  • Up to 4 images of your show or product
  • Cost: $120
